Improve your mobility, agility, and health! Come learn the basic natural movements that the human species developed over 1,000s of years with a certified MovNat instructor. Over the course of the workshop, we will learn how incorporating these natural movements, including balancing, crawling, climbing, and jumping, into our daily lives will improve our:

  • Stamina and Self-Confidence while moving through the woods
  • Ability to move over and across obstacles
  • Functional Strength
  • General Flexibility
  • And to have fun!

Once we cover some foundational techniques we will go on a wander to apply these techniques in the natural setting they were designed for, all while paying attention to the animals, plants, mushrooms, and our own bodies!

  • Ages: 16+ ; Recommended that you are able to hold your weight on your hands and knees.

  • Participants need to bring: Water, yoga mat, blanket (for underneath the yoga mat to extend space a bit)
