Take your teaching to another level as you learn coyote mentoring and the art of facilitating powerful learning experiences that build a deep connection with the natural world.
LES will share the foundations and tools that make “coyote mentoring” such an effective teaching methodology. It is the basis of Living Earth’s nature-based educational approach to mentoring youth and adults that has led to our award-winning programs. This class is great for teachers (many have successfully brought this to their school), parents, aunties/uncles, managers, and anyone interested in developing better skills as a mentor. Though we use it in a nature context, the principles work in any area of life. Certificate of completion will be given at the end of the program.
Your instructors, Hub Knott (Executive Director and LES Co-Founder) and Erin “Soupy” Campbell (long-time beloved LES instructor) each have more than 20 years of experience in teaching various teaching styles that are modeled on how people naturally learn. A beautiful part of this is that students become so engaged in the fun atmosphere, that they don’t even realize how much they are learning.
