Maybe it’s just psychological, but food cooked over a campfire always tastes better. In this class, you will learn a wide variety of food preparation techniques from the most basic—tossing something into the coals—to more advanced techniques, like steam pits and cast-iron cooking. These skills are a great addition to any camping trip, survival scenario, or backyard barbeque. Much like you’d find when making food with others at home, cooking around a campfire always leads to lots of laughter and great conversation.
